Physical Activity experience



After the spring holiday, Ms.Mistchrich went to India to study yoga. I heard yoga before and I interested in yoga. Yoga suits for women to lose weight. Summer will be come soon .I want to lose weight in two months, so I often did yoga after school.
Yoga is traditional physical and mental disciplines originating in India. I did yoga difficultly because my body is not soft. I felt painful in the beginning. I still try you best to do the action. Doing yoga needs a little stress. When I felt painful, it has a good effect. Yoga has much kind of actions to study from animals and body. Yoga needs patient and willpower. I did yoga every Tuesday. First, we did simple action to prepare. Then, we were following the master speaking. The master could encourage us to persist. When we felt very tired, the master taught us some relaxing action to relax body. And then, we did another difficulty action. The end of class, we slept in the floor and listened to beautiful classic songs to relax. Finally, we should thank for yoga. After doing yoga, I felt relaxed.
Yoga is enjoyable activity. Compare with another physical activity, yoga has more benefit than another activity. It provides us a health body, a health mind and a health feeling.
